I have 3 iPhones in the house. A 3G, a 3GS, and an iPhone 4. the 3GS and 4 both processed the daylight savings time appropriately. However, the 3G did not until we switched it off of automatic time updates and set the time zone manually to Chicago time.Mobile Blogging from here.
